Duo Diez is an exciting musical collaboration between guitarist Dimitris Dekavallas and violinist Violeta Barrena

They have performed at venues such as  the National Portrait Gallery, Bolivar Hall, the Forge, Holy Trinity Sloane Square and travelled all over the world including the USA  and Greece.  Upcoming engagements include the ignite series at the Royal Albert Hall, St.James’s Piccadilly and Ronnie Scotts.

Since their inception, they have both developed interesting and varied international solo careers. A shared interest in playing and promoting Spanish and Latin American classical music signalled the start of Duo Diez in 2012.

Their repertoire encompasses a wide range of styles from Bach, Mozart, Schubert to Sarasate, Piazzolla and Villa Lobos.

Promote Classical assisted with publicity for several of Duo Diez's ventures, and built their website, which you can visit here:

Uniquely devoting his artistry exclusively to the music of the 20th and 21st centuries, pianist James W. Iman's advocacy of, and passion for, new music has made him in demand as both a performer and scholar.

Originally hailing from Pennsylvania, USA, James is fluent in the interpretation of every stylistic development for the piano since 1900.

2016 is shaping up to be an exciting and diverse year for James, who in 2015 joined the artist roster of ZeD Classics. The coming months will see the release of his debut album, featuring the World Premier recording of Gilbert Amy's Sonate pour Piano alongside Pierre Boulez's Troisième Sonate, and works by Arnold Schoenberg and Anton Webern. James looks forward to his upcoming residency at North Carolina's Mars Hill University for the Mars Hill New Music Festival. His performances there will include the Amy Sonate and the Boulez Troisième Sonate.

A client since November 2015, James is Promote Classical's first signed North American artist, and is represented by Zach Schwartz.
